Mine is a technical proposal for a new blockchain based model to manage key strategic public assets and therefore change the current corrupted model and the wrong incentives which are at the roots of this tragedy. Technical comments and suggestions on whether the Blockchain and tokeneconomics can help on that and therefore improve on my proposal will be greatly appreciated instead of completely out of place comments about morality.

My proposal goes exactly in the right moral direction: give stakeholders the proper economical incentives to influence a positive moral behaviour not only driven by profit making.

The existing corrupted model of rent extracting private monopolies in the hands of the privileged elites is immoral.
